About two days before Thanksgiving, we found out our neighbors were going to stay in town, so they invited us over. It was very nice of them, but to be honest, a "Southern" Thanksgiving dinner is not the same. Really, who needs 3 types of casseroles but NOT HAVE ROLLS?!?! So we had to have Thanksgiving take two at our house. Rolls were good, no casseroles, and really yummy white meat turkey... no mixing of the meats here...
